Fall Back into the Gap

I'm not gonna lie. I haven't shopped much at the Gap for a few years but after seeing their new Styld.by campaign and fall lookbook, I am definitely going to fall back into the Gap.

Fall Fashions

I've already been shopping for fall but I still have holes left to fill.  I'm always on the hunt for a tie front blouse and the Bryce Bow Blouse in emerald green from Tory Burch definitely looks like a winner.  Of course, I also want the green dress and all those fabulous coats. With the right outfit options, I won't even mind the cooler weather.

The January in Fashion

"September is the January in fashion." - Candy Pratts Price

I love quoting that line from The September Issue because it's so true.  The September issues have already started to arrive and I can't wait to get my hands on the new Vogue.  At 916 pages, it really will be their biggest issue ever! Woo hoo!

Chic Campagne for Paule Ka

I'm loving the Autome/Hiver 2011-12 Campagne for the French fashion brand Paule Ka shot at the Carlyle Hotel in New York.  The photos make me want to go out and buy a red dress and curl my hair for a walk in Central Park. It's too bad they don't have any stores in New York.  Bon Weekend!

Fall Inspiration: Charlotte Rampling

Charlotte Rampling is well known for not wearing clothes but her vintage fashion looks are actually perfect fall inspiration.  Her camel coat, beautiful blouses and tailored jackets are spot on.  Even her hair complements the lady-like ensembles and longer hemlines that I'm seeing in the September magazines.  Bon Weekend!

Uptown Girl

I have been shopping up a storm for fall since we all know that by the time you need fall clothes, there will be nothing left.  One store I haven't hit yet is H&M.  After seeing these photos from their Uptown Girl feature in their magazine, I might have to sneak over there today. Especially since I'm an uptown girl.

Knit Wit

I was wondering how these knit pants were going to look on a real person after seeing them on the Chloé runway.  Leave it to The Sartorialist to find a chic girl in Milan who looks amazing wearing them.  Now I know these pants aren't for everyone and not even my style but I love how they look with heels.  It's a modern silhouette that look fresh and the best part is that if you can't afford Chloé, Zara has a much more affordable version.
