Happy Summer!

Summer is starting with a bang in New York.  We are scheduled for three days of 90+ degree temperatures.  Makes we wish I was anyplace but the city.  Hope you have a great one where ever you are today!

Tennis Anyone?

My friend Blue Carreon and I both bought wooden tennis racquets at the flea market yesterday.  Mine is displayed in my blue and white porcelain umbrella stand in my entry.  If I tried displaying a new tennis racquet, it would definitely not have the same effect.  I miss the days before plastic and bright colors became the norm.  When people actually worse white to play tennis.  That's probably why I love this photos spread of model Anouck  Lepère in Elle Italia.  Now that's chic.
