Vote Early and Often!

I was honored to be one of the bloggers and editors asked to style a model in Tory Burch denim last night at the designers chic Meatpacking District store. My look along with the others are now up for view on the Tory Burch Facebook page where you can vote for your favorite look. Needless to say, I hope you will vote for mine above! I love myself a tie neck blouse and this exactly the same kind of look I would wear with dark jeans.  (I would just swap out the booties for flats.)  I was beyond excited when the model actually said she liked it!  Of course, I wish could look as tall and skinny as her but what can you do?! Don't forget to vote!  Winning would definitely make me feel better!

Big Window Challenge

My friends and I often joke about different stores in New York where we would love to live. Bloomingdale's is usually not on that list but that was before Eddie Ross got his hands on their windows! In case you haven't heard, Bloomingdale's is sponsoring a Big Window Challenge and Eddie has been tapped to decorate the window for ELLE DECOR. Maxwell Gillingham-Ryan is of course designing the window for Apartment Therapy and Eileen Joyce is working on the window for Bloomingdale’s. The windows will up until January 28, 2010 and you can read more about them and vote for your favorite online. Eddie's windows seen here were inspired the modern woman who loves to travel and entertain. Sounds right up my alley! Wonder if they'd notice if I moved in!

Habitually Chic Holiday Giveaway!

I've been trying to think of a way to thank my wonderful blog readers for their continued support and encouragement and what better way than a Holiday Giveaway! My friends at Williams-Sonoma Home have generously partnered with me to give FIVE lucky Habitually Chic readers a fabulous cashmere throw blanket!!! Woo hoo!

Now before you get all excited and start emailing me or leaving comments, let me read you the fine print! In order to be qualified for the giveaway, you must email your name, mailing address and telephone number to the special content email address, habituallychiccontest@gmail.com so that Williams-Sonoma Home can mail you your cashmere throw blanket. Anyone who emails my regular email address or who does not include their contact information in their entry will be disqualified. One entry per person please. Entries will be accepted until 11:59pm EST Friday, December 19th. Five entries will be randomly selected and the winners will be announced on Saturday, December 20th. Employees of Habitually Chic are not eligible. (I guess that means me!)
